Tattoo Design

I’ve been thinking about getting a tattoo for a while now (sorry Mum and Dad!) and this is the design I came up with. Dunno if I’ll actually go through with it or not (I’m a bit of a wuss you see), but I thought I’d put the design up here anyway! It’s meant to be a tribal style phoenix, I like the symbolism of rebirth that goes along with it. (Click to enlarge)

nice tatt idea Mary! I suppose you could always get it airbrushed first to make sure you actually want it permanently inked to your back

Oh my G, it is gorgeous! I want it!! I wanted to have phoenix tatoo (not only the rebirth from ashes, but as well the strenght and the healing tears) and i am looking randomly trough google and there u pop up. Great blog, great designs. )

I just wanted to personally tell you how fabulous the tattoo design is. I’m ready for my first one and was looking for a symbol of change, strength and rebirth – googled and there it was. I will change it slightly but it’s extremely elegant and powerful.
